Terms and Conditions

  • Engagement Scope: Services provided will be outlined in the engagement letter, specifying the scope of work, fees, and timeframes.
  • Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide all necessary and accurate financial information in a timely manner for the completion of agreed services.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or personal information shared during the engagement.
  • Fees and Payments: Fees will be charged as agreed, and invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges.
  • Third-Party Services: If external consultants or third parties are needed, RK Accountants will inform the client, and additional charges may apply with the client’s consent.
  • Data Protection: RK Accountants will comply with relevant data protection laws, ensuring secure handling of client data.
  • Termination: Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
  • Liability: RK Accountants' liability for any loss or damage shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. Liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded.
  • Intellectual Property: Any work or documents provided by RK Accountants remain their intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation or mediation before considering legal action.
  • Compliance with Laws: RK Accountants will act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and clients are responsible for compliance with relevant legal obligations.
  • Changes to Terms: RK Accountants reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with prior notice to the client, where reasonable.
